Welcome to CR Beach Investment Realty, where expertise meets the pristine landscapes of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific. With over 27 dedicated years in real estate (licensed in 2004), my focus has centered on key locations such as Jaco Beach, Playa Hermosa, and Los Sueños and at times, the serene beaches of Esterillos and Bejuco, and with each area, offering a unique perspective of their real estate dynamics. As Owner-Broker-Agent in 1997 with Great Places Realty,   my chosen areas were the popular western suburbs like Escazu, Santa Ana, Rohrmoser, and La Sabana.

In 2004 I moved and worked for Century 21 Tamarindo while living in Flamingo.  It was here I received my Costa Rica real estate certificate (CRGAR) & affiliated with the Int’l National Association of Realtors,   September of 2004  to this day AND I still abide by the NAR Code of Ethics!

But I missed being 6 hours or more away from San Jose’ main airport SJO; or the entertainment medical-shopping options of Escazu,  and I learned the major roads in the Central Pacific were recently paved, so I moved there, specifically to a great place to rent in the Playa Hermosa Bungalows.   A few months later, in 2006 I opened my first office, CR Beach Investment Realty in the center of Jaco Beach and a few years later, a 2nd office in Jaco.  

After the real estate crash here in 2009 I kept one office until 2017 when I decided to only have a home office, which was in the Hermosa Beach Bungalows. I moved my home office to Jaco Beach north, and have been here now since 2022.
